汽車減震器中常見的故障有哪些?

1、使汽車在道路條件較差的路面上行駛10km后停車,用手摸減振器外殼,如果不夠熱,說明減振器內部無阻力,減振器不工作。此時,可加入適當的潤滑油,再進行試驗,若外殼發熱,則為減振器內部缺油,應加足油;否則,說明減振器失效。
1. Stop the car after driving 10km on the road with poor road conditions and touch the shell of the shock absorber by hand. If it is not hot enough, it means that there is no resistance inside the shock absorber and the shock absorber does not work. At this time, the appropriate lubricating oil can be added, and then the test can be carried out. If the shell is hot, it means that there is a lack of oil inside the shock absorber, and sufficient oil should be added; otherwise, it means that the shock absorber is invalid.
2、用力按下保險杠,然后松開,如果汽車有2-3次跳躍,則說明減振器工作良好。

3、當汽車緩慢行駛而緊急制動時,若汽車振動比較劇烈,說明減振器有問題。

4、拆下減振器將其直立,并把下端連接環夾于臺鉗上,用力拉壓減振桿數次,此時應有穩定的阻力,往上拉(復原)的阻力應大于向下壓時的阻力,如阻力不穩定或無阻力,可能是減振器內部缺油或閥門零件損壞,應進行修復或更換零件。
4. Remove the shock absorber, erect it, clamp the lower connecting ring on the vise, and pull and press the shock absorber rod several times. At this time, there should be stable resistance. The resistance of pulling up (restoring) should be greater than that of pressing down. If the resistance is unstable or no resistance, it may be that the shock absorber is lack of oil or the valve parts are damaged. Repair or replace the parts.
5、在確定減振器有問題或失效后,應先查看減振器是否漏油或有陳舊性漏油的痕跡。

6、油封墊圈、密封墊圈破裂損壞,貯油缸蓋螺母松動。

減振器漏油應更換新的密封件
If the shock absorber leaks oil, replace it with a new seal
若發現漏油,首先擰緊油缸蓋螺母,若減振器仍漏油,則可能是油封、密封墊圈損壞失效,應更換新的密封件。如果仍然不能消除漏油,應拉出減振桿,若感到有發卡或輕重不一時,再進一步檢查活塞與缸筒間的間隙是否過大,減振器活塞連桿有無彎曲,活塞連桿表面和缸筒是否有劃傷或拉痕。
If oil leakage is found, the nut of oil cylinder head shall be tightened first. If the shock absorber still leaks oil, the oil seal and sealing washer may be damaged and invalid, and the new seal shall be replaced. If the oil leakage still can not be eliminated, pull out the shock absorber rod. If it feels that there is a hairpin or the weight is different, further check whether the clearance between the piston and the cylinder is too large, whether the piston connecting rod of the shock absorber is bent, and whether there is scratch or pull mark on the surface of the piston connecting rod and the cylinder.
