汽車減震器中常見的故障有哪些？

1、使汽車在道路條件較差的路面上行駛10km后停車，用手摸減振器外殼，如果不夠熱，說明減振器內部無阻力，減振器不工作。此時，可加入適當的潤滑油，再進行試驗，若外殼發熱，則為減振器內部缺油，應加足油;否則，說明減振器失效。

If it is not hot enough, it means that there is no resistance inside the shock absorber and the shock absorber does not work. 2、用力按下保險杠，然后松開，如果汽車有2-3次跳躍，則說明減振器工作良好。

4、拆下減振器將其直立，并把下端連接環夾于臺鉗上，用力拉壓減振桿數次，此時應有穩定的阻力，往上拉(復原)的阻力應大于向下壓時的阻力，如阻力不穩定或無阻力，可能是減振器內部缺油或閥門零件損壞，應進行修復或更換零件。

減振器漏油應更換新的密封件

若發現漏油，首先擰緊油缸蓋螺母，若減振器仍漏油，則可能是油封、密封墊圈損壞失效，應更換新的密封件。如果仍然不能消除漏油，應拉出減振桿，若感到有發卡或輕重不一時，再進一步檢查活塞與缸筒間的間隙是否過大，減振器活塞連桿有無彎曲，活塞連桿表面和缸筒是否有劃傷或拉痕。
