汽車點火系低壓電路故障檢修方法解析

1、按喇叭響，開前照燈也亮。有螺絲刀或導線在點火線圈“-”接線柱上試火，如無火，則為點火線圈低壓接柱至電流表之間斷路。按點火線圈“開關”－>點火線圈“開關－電源”接線柱－>點火開關－>電流表的順序試火，根據有火與無火來診斷斷路故障所在部位。

    3.Useascrewdrivertotestthefireonthe"-"terminaloftheignitioncoil.Ifthereisafire,thentestthefirebetweenthemovablecontactarmofthedistributorandthebaseplate.Ifthereisfire,itiscontactfailure(suchascontactablation,toodirty,unabletoclose,etc.),whichcanbeeliminatedby"platinumsandbar"grindingcontactandadjustingcontactclearance.Ifthereisnofire,gotothenextstep.
    4、在分電器絕緣接柱與分電器殼處試火，如無火，則為分電器絕緣接柱至點火線圈“-”接柱間的導線斷路故障；如果有火，則為絕緣支架至絕緣接柱間導線斷路故障。若系接線柱與導線接觸不良而斷電，應清潔和緊固接接線柱與導線頭；若是某段導線斷路，用相同規格導線更換該段導線即可。
