燃油添加劑在汽車使用中有哪些作用？

燃油添加劑，是為了彌補燃油在某些性質上的缺陷并賦予燃油一些新的優良特性，在燃油中要加入的功能性物質，其添加量以微量為特征。燃油添加劑分為汽油添加劑和柴油添加劑，目前市場上售賣的燃油添加劑大多數是由四大原液加其他成分構成的，四大原液分別是：巴斯夫（BASF）原液、路博潤（Lubrizol）原液、雪佛龍（Chevron）原液和雅富頓（Afton）原液這四大添加劑原液，然后生產燃油添加劑的廠家再根據自己產品的特性加入別的材料，比如生產辛烷值調整型燃油添加劑時，需要加入辛烷值提升劑；生產清潔型燃油添加劑時，需要加入清潔去垢劑等等。
