汽車機油燈亮怎么回事？發動機工作時，機油壓力一般保持在150～350kPa的壓力范圍內，當機油壓力過低或過高時，汽車上的儀表盤的機油指示燈就會亮起。有時也會因為機油壓力傳感器損壞而導致數據出錯，從而引發機油燈亮。下面說說機油故障燈的具體原因：
What's the matter with the oil lamp on? When the engine is working, the oil pressure is generally maintained in the pressure range of 150 ~ 350kPa. When the oil pressure is too low or too high, the oil indicator light on the instrument panel of the car will be on. Sometimes, the oil pressure sensor will be damaged and cause data error, which will cause the oil lamp on. The specific reasons for the oil fault light are as follows:
1、機油粘度過大
1. Excessive oil viscosity
機油的粘度與機油的品質息息相關，粘度越高，機油的抗高溫性越強，反之亦然。但并不是說粘度越大越好，我們應該使用和自己發動機相匹配的機油牌號。
The viscosity of engine oil is closely related to the quality of engine oil. The higher the viscosity, the stronger the high temperature resistance of engine oil, and vice versa. But it doesn't mean that the greater the viscosity, the better. We should use the oil brand matching our own engine.
2、限壓閥堵塞或調整不當
2. Pressure limiting valve blocked or improperly adjusted
為了防止潤滑系油壓過高而增加發動機功率消耗，造成油路中密封連接處漏油等，在主油道或機油泵上設有限壓閥。其作用是限制潤滑系的油壓，使其不要超過規定值。限壓閥故障就會導致機油油壓失常，從而使機油燈亮。
In order to prevent the oil pressure of the lubricating system from being too high, which will increase the power consumption of the engine and cause oil leakage at the sealing joint in the oil circuit, a limited pressure valve is set on the main oil passage or oil pump. Its function is to limit the oil pressure of the lubrication system, so that it does not exceed the specified value. 3、機油油量不足

如果機油油量不足，會使機油泵的泵油量減小或者因進入空氣而泵不上油，使機油壓力下降，曲軸與軸承、缸套與活塞都會由于潤滑不良而加劇磨損。
If the oil quantity is insufficient, the oil quantity of the oil pump will be reduced, or the oil will not be pumped due to the air, which will reduce the oil pressure, and the crankshaft and bearing, cylinder liner and piston will be severely worn due to poor lubrication.
4、發動機溫度過高

如果發動機冷卻系水垢過多、散熱不良、長時間超負荷作業或者噴油泵的供油時間過遲等都會使發動機過熱，加速機油的老化、變質、變稀，從各配合間隙中泄漏，壓力降低，機油故障燈亮。
If the engine cooling system has too much scale, poor heat dissipation, long time overload operation or too late oil supply time of the fuel injection pump, it will make the engine overheat, accelerate the aging, deterioration and thinning of the oil, leak from each fitting clearance, reduce the pressure, and the oil fault light will be on.
5、機油旁通閥故障
5. Oil bypass valve failure
機油旁通閥是為了保持主油道的正常油壓，如果其調壓彈簧軟化或調整不當，閥座與鋼球的配合面磨損或者被卡住而關閉不嚴時，機油的壓力就會降低。
The oil bypass valve is designed to maintain the normal oil pressure of the main oil passage. If its pressure regulating spring is softened or improperly adjusted, and the mating surface between the valve seat and the steel ball is worn or stuck, the oil pressure will be reduced.
6、機油濾清器堵塞
6. Oil filter clogged
當機油濾清器堵塞而不能流通時，設在其底座上的旁通閥被打開，機油不經過濾直接進入主油道。如果旁通閥的開啟壓力設定過高或過低，機油泵的壓力就會上升或下降，這時候也會導致警報燈亮。
When the oil filter is blocked and cannot flow, the bypass valve on its base is opened, and the oil directly enters the main oil passage without filtering. If the opening pressure of the bypass valve is set too high or too low, the pressure of the oil pump will rise or fall, and the alarm light will be on at this time.
