    汽車柴油機汽缸墊燒損的方式!

    汽缸墊燒損后,柴油機就失去密封作用,發生竄氣、漏氣、滲水、漏水、漏油等現象。具體表現為:
    After the cylinder gasket is burned, the diesel engine loses its sealing function, and gas channeling, gas leakage, water seepage, water leakage, oil leakage and other phenomena occur. Specifically:
    (1)若兩相鄰汽缸之間燒損時,會發生兩缸竄氣,兩缸的壓縮壓力都不足,柴油機轉速達不到標定轉速。
    (1) In case of burning loss between two adjacent cylinders, two cylinders will blow by, the compression pressure of both cylinders is insufficient, and the diesel engine speed cannot reach the rated speed.
    (2)若燒損部位使冷卻水道與汽缸竄通時,水箱中會冒氣泡,排氣管冒白煙,甚至排水。停車后,因水漏人油底殼,使油面上升。
    (2) If the burned part makes the cooling water channel channeled with the cylinder, bubbles will appear in the water tank, white smoke will appear in the exhaust pipe, and even drainage. After parking, the oil level rises due to water leakage into the oil pan.
    (3)當燒壞部位在汽缸與缸蓋螺栓孔處,汽缸墊邊緣相通時,有漏氣聲。有時還漏水、漏油,在缸蓋螺栓及孔上有積碳。
    (3) When the burned part is at the bolt hole between the cylinder and the cylinder head and the edge of the cylinder gasket is connected, there is an air leakage sound. Sometimes there is water leakage and oil leakage, and there is carbon deposit on the cylinder head bolts and holes.
    (4)當燒損部位使汽缸與汽缸體上平面的潤滑油孔相通時,氣體竄人潤滑系,使機油溫度升高,氧化變質加快,主要表現在油底殼內有水,水箱中有機油等。
    (4) When the burned part connects the cylinder with the lubricating oil hole on the upper plane of the cylinder block, the gas flows into the lubrication system to increase the oil temperature and accelerate the oxidation and deterioration, which is mainly reflected in the water in the oil pan and the oil in the water tank.

    (1)汽缸蓋平面與機體平面不平整,汽缸墊壓不實。如平面翹曲,有腐蝕坑,各汽缸套凸出汽缸體平面,高度相差過大等。

    (3)汽缸墊質量差,不平整,厚薄不勻,彈性差,或存放中變形等。(4)發動機長期過熱。
    (3) The cylinder gasket has poor quality, unevenness, uneven thickness, poor elasticity, or deformation during storage. (4) The engine overheats for a long time.
    排除方法:
    Troubleshooting:
    (1)購買質量合格的汽缸墊。購回后,要掛在墻壁上。切勿亂放、重壓、折疊,以防止變形。
    (1) Purchase qualified cylinder gasket. After the purchase, it should be hung on the wall. Do not place, press or fold it randomly to prevent deformation.
    (2)安裝時,要將汽缸蓋平面、機體上平面、汽缸墊擦干凈。
    (2) During installation, clean the plane of cylinder head, upper plane of engine body and cylinder gasket.
    (3)缸蓋平面、機體平面、汽缸套凸出高度應符合技術要求。
    (3) The plane of cylinder head, plane of engine body and protruding height of cylinder sleeve shall meet the technical requirements.
    (4)在汽缸墊兩面可涂0.03~0. 05 mm的專用石墨膏或缸墊密封膠,不可涂潤滑脂(黃油)。
    (4) Both sides of the cylinder gasket can be coated with 0.03 ~ 0.05 05 mm special graphite paste or cylinder gasket sealant, do not apply grease (grease).
    (5)汽缸墊安裝正確,應使缸口處有卷邊的一面朝上(缸蓋方向)。注意不要堵住油孔、水孔。
    (5) The cylinder gasket shall be installed correctly so that the side with crimping at the cylinder port faces upward (in the direction of cylinder head). Be careful not to block the oil hole and water hole.
    (6)按規定扭矩和正確的順序,用扭力扳手,分2~3次扭緊缸蓋螺栓。對新的或大修后的柴油機,在工作10~15 h后,按要求扭矩重新扭緊一遍。
    (6) Tighten the cylinder head bolts in 2 ~ 3 times with a torque wrench according to the specified torque and correct sequence. The new or overhauled diesel engine shall be tightened again according to the required torque after working for 10 ~ 15 H.
    (7)防止柴油機過熱。造成柴油機過熱的主要原因:冷卻系散熱不良,結垢太多,供油提前角過小,噴油壓力低,霧化不良,發動機長期超負荷工作。
    (7) Prevent the diesel engine from overheating. The main causes of diesel engine overheating are: poor heat dissipation of cooling system, too much scaling, too small fuel supply advance angle, low fuel injection pressure, poor atomization, and long-term overload of engine.
    (8)正確啟動,不可采用加大油門的方式來提高機溫。在水溫大于60℃時,再投入作業。
    (8) Start correctly, and do not increase the throttle to improve the engine temperature. Put into operation when the water temperature is greater than 60 ℃.
    (9)在熄火時,不要轟油門,以免柴油機溫度和承受的負荷突然升高。
    (9) When stalling, do not blow the throttle to avoid the sudden rise of diesel engine temperature and load.
    (10)汽缸墊使用一定時間后,發現其失去彈性或損壞時需及時更換。
    (10) After a certain period of use, the cylinder gasket shall be replaced in time if it is found to lose elasticity or damaged.
